Service provider

Plans, limits, and payment

• Free costs €0, requires no account, and supports 2 MiB per file and 1,000 data rows per source.
• Pro costs €15 monthly or €144 annually, renews for the selected period, and supports up to 25 saved workflows. CSV: 1,000,000 data rows per source and 100 MiB per file. Excel (.xlsx): 500,000 data rows per source and 50 MiB per file. Each source must satisfy both limits for its format; data rows exclude the header.
• Paddle is the Merchant of Record and provides checkout, payment, applicable tax handling, invoices, refunds, and the customer portal.

Individual Pro licence

MatchDock Pro is licensed for use by one person. You may use it on multiple devices you control. Sharing an account with other people is not permitted. Each person needs their own account and Pro subscription.

MatchDock allows one authenticated session per account, for Free and Pro. A new sign-in automatically replaces the previous session. Tabs sharing the same session can be used together. MatchDock does not require manual session renewal or impose an inactivity timer. Already admitted work may finish; your local files, results and saved workflows are preserved. Anonymous Free use and the fixed demo remain available.

Renewal, cancellation, and account deletion

A subscription renews until canceled through the Paddle customer portal. Normal cancellation preserves Pro until the end of the paid period, then the account becomes Free. Existing workflows remain stored and visible read-only while the account exists. Account deletion is permanent and requires billing to be in a safe, non-renewing state first; deleting an account forfeits any remaining access and removes saved workflows and MatchDock account data together with the linked identity.

Use, availability, and responsibility

Use MatchDock only with data you are authorized to process and do not attempt to disrupt, probe, bypass, or misuse the service. Spreadsheet processing is local, but browser capacity varies and service availability is not guaranteed. You remain responsible for reviewing reconciliation results and exports before relying on them. MatchDock may enforce the documented technical limits and suspend abusive use.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Jurisdiction lies with the courts determined by applicable mandatory law, including applicable consumer-protection rules.

Privacy and saved configuration

Spreadsheet files, filenames, rows, cell values, previews, results, and document-derived execution metadata outside the approved saved configuration are not stored by MatchDock. A saved workflow may contain only the configuration and the sheet, header, and column names strictly needed to reuse it and detect schema drift, as described in the Privacy page.
